1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless context requires otherwise:

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of services offered by ibc123, you are required to register a personal account. The following conditions apply to the registration process and the ongoing maintenance of your account:

1. Accurate Information: You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
2. One Account Per Player: Each individual player is permitted to hold only one active account on the Platform. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances held therein.
3. Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. ibc123 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. You must notify our support team immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
4. Account Non-Transferability: Your account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, gifted, or otherwise assigned to any other individual. Any attempt to transfer account ownership will result in immediate termination.

4 Identity Verification (KYC)

ibc123 is required under its international licensing obligations to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawal requests. 4.2 Verification Timeline

ibc123 aims to complete KYC review within 24 to 48 hours of receiving all required documents. During the verification period, deposits may continue to be accepted; however, withdrawals will be held pending successful verification. We reserve the right to request additional documentation if the submitted materials are unclear, expired, or insufficient to satisfy our verification standards.

5 Deposits

ibc123 accepts deposits via a comprehensive range of Indonesian local payment methods, providing players with fast, reliable, and secure funding options tailored to the Indonesian banking and digital payments ecosystem.

5.2 Deposit Limits

5.3 Processing Time

Deposits made via e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay) are credited to your ibc123 account balance instantly in most cases. Bank transfer deposits are typically confirmed within 5 to 30 minutes, depending on interbank processing times at your chosen institution. ibc123 does not charge any fee on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees.

5.4 Deposit Responsibility

You are solely responsible for ensuring that all deposits are made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — that is, funds sent from an account belonging to someone other than the registered player — are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and return of funds to their original source.

6 Withdrawals

ibc123 is committed to processing player withdrawals promptly and transparently. The following conditions govern the withdrawal process on our Platform.

6.1 Withdrawal Methods & Timelines

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where technically possible. Expected processing timelines are as follows:

• E-Wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay): Typically within 15 minutes of approval.
• Bank Transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga): Typically within 2 to 24 hours of approval, subject to interbank processing schedules.

6.2 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000 across all payment methods. Requests below this threshold will not be processed. There is no maximum withdrawal amount for fully verified accounts, though large withdrawals may be subject to additional verification checks at the Company's discretion.

6.3 Withdrawal Conditions

The following conditions must be met before a withdrawal request is approved:

1. Your KYC verification must be complete and your account must be in good standing.
2. Any active wagering requirements attached to Bonus Credits in your account must be fully satisfied before the bonus-derived portion of your balance becomes withdrawable.
3. Your real-money balance (excluding Bonus Credits) must equal or exceed the minimum withdrawal amount.
4. No open dispute or fraud investigation may be pending against your account.

6.4 Withdrawal Fees

ibc123 does not charge a platform fee on withdrawals. Your bank or e-wallet provider may charge their standard transaction or interbank transfer fee, which is outside the Company's control.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

ibc123 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the general terms set out in this Section as well as any additional terms specific to each individual promotion, which are published on the promotion's dedicated page at the time the offer is made.

7.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, all bonus credits issued by ibc123 carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any winnings derived from those credits can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier, eligible games, and contribution rates for each promotion are stated clearly on the promotion's terms page. As a general principle, slots contribute 100% toward wagering requirements, while live casino table games typically contribute between 10% and 20%.

7.2 Bonus Validity

All bonus credits and free spins carry a validity period during which the wagering requirement must be completed. Upon expiry of this period, any unmet wagering requirement will cause the bonus credits and any associated winnings to be removed from your account automatically. The validity period for each bonus is stated at the time the bonus is issued.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

ibc123 monitors bonus usage patterns actively. Actions constituting bonus abuse — including but not limited to placing low-risk, mathematically balanced bets across multiple outcomes to reduce risk while meeting wagering requirements (commonly called "bonus grinding" or "arbitrage"), registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or colluding with other players to share bonus benefits — will result in the cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

7.4 Company's Right to Alter Promotions

ibc123 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a bonus has already been credited, the existing bonus terms in effect at the time of crediting will apply to that bonus only.

8 Gameplay & Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all forms of gaming activity conducted on the ibc123 Platform, including sports betting, live casino, slots, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws, and all other available game types.

8.1 Game Fairness

All games offered on the ibc123 Platform are certified for fairness by independent third-party auditors. Slot games and number-draw games use certified Random Number Generators (RNG). 8.2 Bet Confirmation

• Maximum payout limits per event and per day apply and are stated within the relevant sports betting market.

9 Responsible Gaming

ibc123 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and maintaining a safe environment for all players. We provide a suite of player-protection tools that can be activated at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control your spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been playing for a specified duration.

10 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ibc123 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account per individual player.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform while under 21 years of age.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.

11 Intellectual Property

All content available on the ibc123 Platform — including but not limited to the ibc123 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game content, odds data, and all other proprietary materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of ibc123 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal entertainment. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any content from the Platform without prior written consent from ibc123.
• Create derivative works based on Platform content.
• Use any data scraping, crawling, or automated data extraction technique on the Platform.
• Use the ibc123 brand name or logo in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without express written authorisation.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ibc123 excludes all liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to technical malfunction, server downtime, or connectivity issues beyond the Company's reasonable control.
• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform.
• Losses attributable to unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Decisions made by you based on odds, statistics, or other data displayed on the Platform, which are provided for informational purposes only.

Where ibc123's liability cannot be fully excluded under applicable law, our total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13 Account Suspension & Termination

ibc123 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period as requested.
• Suspicion of fraud, collusion, money laundering, or any other criminal activity.
• Engagement in any Prohibited Activity listed in Section 10.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months, in which case a monthly dormancy fee of Rp 15.000 may be deducted from any remaining balance until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of outstanding bonus credits and applicable fees) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

14 Amendments to These Terms

ibc123 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they materially affect your rights or obligations as a player — we will notify you by email to the address registered on your account at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Non-material amendments (such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substantive meaning of a clause, or updates to contact information) may be made without prior notice. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact our support team to arrange voluntary account closure.

15 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ibc123 holds its international gaming licence. For players based in Indonesia, these Terms are intended to be interpreted consistently with applicable Indonesian consumer protection principles to the extent not inconsistent with the governing law.

15.1 Dispute Resolution — Internal Process
